道 德 准 则

We, the members, managers, and administrators, recognise the significant impact of our technologies on global quality of life. We commit to the highest ethical and professional standards as follows:
我们，作为成员、管理者和行政人员，认识到我们的技术对全球生活质量产生的重大影响。我们承诺遵守以下最高道德和专业标准：
I. Integrity and Ethical Conduct 诚信和道德行为
1. Prioritise public safety, health, and welfare, adhere to ethical design and sustainability, protect privacy, and disclose any potential dangers promptly.
2. Aim to enhance public understanding of both conventional and emerging technologies.
3. In the best effort, attempt to avoid and disclose conflicts of interest.
4. Reject unlawful conduct and bribery.
5. Embrace honest criticism, acknowledge errors, and give proper credit for contributions.
6. Maintain our technical competence and perform tasks only if qualified or with full disclosure of limitations.
1. 优先考虑公共安全、健康和福祉，遵守道德设计原则和可持续发展理念，保护隐私，并及时披露任何潜在危险。
2. 致力于增进公众对传统技术和新兴技术的了解。
3. 尽最大努力避免并披露利益冲突。
4. 拒绝非法行为和贿赂。
5. 虚心接受批评，承认错误，并对贡献者给予应有的认可。
6. 保持自身技术能力，仅在具备相应资质或充分披露自身局限性的情况下承担工作。
II. Fair Treatment and Respect 公平对待和尊重
7. Treat all individuals fairly and without discrimination.
8. Do not engage in harassment or bullying.
9. In the best of acknowledgment and effort, avoid harming others through malicious actions or false claims.
7. 公平对待所有人，不歧视任何人。
8. 不得参与骚扰或欺凌行为。
9. 尽最大努力，避免通过恶意行为或虚假指控伤害他人。
III. Upholding the Code 维护守则
10. Support colleagues in adhering to this code and will not retaliate against those reporting violations.
10. 支持同事遵守本行为准则，并且不对举报违规行为的人进行打击报复。
